Direct and supervise all shop production and purchasing activities
Responsible for Manufacturing, Planning, Inventory and special engineering requirement of repair jobs with meeting the delivery cost and quality requirement.
Conduct PMP in a timely, fair and consistent manner including mid-year and year-end written documentation. Proactively address recognition, coaching and progressive discipline needs that arise.
Effectively lead and manage people resources as measured safety performance, turnover performance and employee development activity.
Embrace and drive a CIP environment in the area of responsibility and throughout the organization. Meet or exceed on time performance plan to ensure customer satisfaction. And meet cycle time reduction targets.
Drive accountability and performance culture throughout the business unit of department. Communicate
requirements/results to all employees.
Meet customer complaint targets and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) targets, report monthly results.
Work effectively with peers on the APAC/Seal Japan Leadership Team, and across the organization to lead the
FLS global aftermarket and seals/systems businesses with a common goal to achieve annual financial objectives, drive operational excellence, build a comprehensive and sustainable services capability and provide a differentiated service to our customers.
Serve as an advocate for integrity and ethics promoting trust and setting a positive leadership example. And manage team to follow Import/Export and Logistic compliance requirements.
-Experience in metal / machinery related processes is essential. Sealing devices and Pump/Valve industries is preferable.
-Proper written and spoken English skills, as there is a need to communicate with regional headquarters and sometimes the US or Europe factory
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment and CIP/Kaizen practical skills/experience is preferable.
-Good trouble shooting (Root Cause Analysis) skills
- Familiar with PC applications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
